The Holfords of Westonbirt Trust

The main aim of the Holfords of Westonbirt Trust is to enable the long term conservation of the house and gardens and to make them accessible to a wider audience.

Since it was founded in 2006 the Trust has funded and delivered conservation projects totalling more than £1 million.

The Trust’s most recent project, Westonbirt Revealed, has seen the repair and refurbishment of many of the garden’s most important architectural features, including the Lake, the Rockery, the Italian Garden Wall and Pavilions, the Camellia House, the Edwardian Glasshouse and four decorative stone seats.

The project has also included the repair and refurbishment of an existing garden building to create a volunteer base and visitor information room with new interpretation and toilet facilities.
